Beware of Malizia Estate | Ignorant Landlords and Useless Rentals

Alright, my kinky comrades, let me tell you why I am absolutely livid. Yeah, it doesn’t happen often, but when it does, oh boy, it’s a shitshow. So, as you know, I’m a regular visitor at Rape Slut, and Malizia Estate, the lovely owners of Rape Slut, also have store rentals. Sounds like a match made in heaven, right? Well, buckle up, because this is the tale of why you should beware of Malizia Estate, the rude and ignorant Acoran Burner, and why you should steer clear of renting there.

Beware of Malizia Estate | How It Started

So, there I was, thinking it would be fantastic to rent a store at the very place I frequent. You know, killing two birds with one stone, and all that jazz. I mean, I’m practically a VIP at Rape Slut at this point, so why not take advantage of the situation? Little did I know that I was walking right into a nightmare.

From the get-go, things were not going as planned. Communication with Acoran Burner was like trying to talk to a brick wall. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to just answer a couple of questions, my dude? Anyway, I digress. So, I rented the store, and then the shit hit the fan. The moment I signed the lease, it was like I signed my soul away to the devil himself. The customer service was non-existent, and the whole experience was about as enjoyable as a root canal. I was stuck in a rental hell, and there was no way out.

Beware of Malizia Estate | Ignored

So, I rented the store, right? It was covered in the previous renter’s marketing materials and items, but I figured the owners would handle it, set up my rezz rights, and everything would be smooth sailing. Oh, how naive I was!

I followed the instructions to a T: contact Acoran Burner for your group role and rezz rights. Three days passed, and I heard nothing. Sure, I get it, real life happens. But by day six, my patience was wearing thin. I saw that Acoran had been online, but he had ignored every single message I sent. The real slap in the face? The store next to mine was rented out a couple of days later, and guess what? They had their rezz rights and everything fixed, quick as a flash. My anger was reaching critical levels.

Desperate for a resolution, I messaged Christinaaa, or whatever the hell her name was, one of the managers. Her response was about what I expected, but at least it was a response. She said that she would pass it to Acoran. Oh, fantastic! Pass it on to the guy who’s been doing jack shit!

So there I was, seething and waiting for something—anything—to change.

Beware of Malizia Estate | Still Nothing

Alright, my kinky comrades. So, I kept trying to get my issues resolved. Seriously, all I needed were rezz rights. I was more than happy to pay the rent and keep the store for as long as possible, but nope, nada, zilch. Almost two weeks later, and I was still rezz right-less.

Now, my original rental was for one week because, let’s face it, I’ve been burned before (I’m looking at you, Amsterdam Sim). Though that time, I only lost about 50L for a one-week rental—hardly a bank-breaking sum. But this time, oh boy, this time was different. What’s worse is that I was naive enough to extend the rental after the first week in a hopeful state that it would be fixed. I was out of pocket, and my so-called landlord was basically a scam artist.

So, here I was, stuck with a useless rental, an ignorant landlord, and a rapidly dwindling supply of patience. And with every passing day, my frustration grew, threatening to engulf me in a tidal wave of righteous indignation. Will I ever see justice? Or will I forever be just another victim of the cruel, scam-ridden world of Second Life rentals? Only time will tell, my friends. Only time will tell.

A Hands-Off Approach

So, my fellow kinksters, let’s get real for a moment. Second Life rentals can be a minefield, and Linden Lab refuses to get involved in Resident-to-Resident disputes. I get it, but people like Acoran Burner exploit this hands-off approach for their own gain. I did everything right—I joined the sim group, sent messages, and paid my rent. Acoran had clearly been online and even moved the rental box, but he couldn’t spare a single moment to acknowledge my messages.

This is the sad reality of Second Life, where some will take advantage of others to line their greedy pockets. The delay in getting rezz rights didn’t irk me as much as the sheer ignorance of not responding. At least Christinaaa had the decency to reply.

Rape Slut is one of the busiest sims on the grid, with nearly 78,000 traffic at the time of writing. Yet, they’re scamming legitimate business owners like yours truly.

I apologize my cyber scoundrels, for the deviation from my usual saucy posts, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Don’t fall prey to the schemes of Acoran Burner and Malizia Estate.
