This is all excellent advice. I do a lot of it….but then I’ve worked with Jess directly for about a year and a half. I will second the importance of engaging right away. I do well just greeting people and being friendly and approachable and cheerful and glad to see them. I am amazed at the number of girls who ignore people who walk in, or are offhand or distant. Being nice and cheerful costs very little.
